Job Title: Programmer/Full-Stack Developer

SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Programmer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Back-End Development: Writing and testing server-side logic in PHP, handling file uploads, authentication, and security
  • Front-End Development: Creating responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Database Management: Designing and querying relational databases using MySQLand MSSQL
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Collaborate with designers, application managers, and other developers
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and security
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Implement best practices for secure coding, data protection, and version control
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following are the minimum qualifications required for this position:

  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer (typically 3-5+ years depending on role level)
  • Strong proficiency in PHP8+
  • Solid understanding of MySQL and MSSQL, including query optimization
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and OAuth 2.0
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
  • Knowledge of OOP principles
  • Experience working with APIs, authentication, and integrations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance or security issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
